It All Started with a Dream (and a spare room)
Picture this: a family passionate about what good coffee should taste like with a big dream and a tiny workspace. Yep, that's how it all began. Before we ever got started, we found ourselves giving away this amazing coffee to our family and friends. We wanted to share what really good coffee should taste like, not that other stuff you find at your grocery store. We started this operation in a humble spare room, surrounded by boxes, bags, labels, and coffee and a whole lot of determination. It might not have been glamorous, but hey, everyone has to start somewhere, right?
How Cinder Coffee Stands Out
These days, the internet is flooded with stores trying to make a quick buck. From automated drop shipping low quality goods to entire stores generated and run by AI, you never really know what to expect when you place an order. Not Cinder Coffee though. Instead of using a Shopify-Coffee-Store-In-A-Box services where the store owners never actually see or touch the coffee they sell, we hand picked our graphic designer, Shopify store team, met and interviewed our local roasters, and we see, smell, and touch every bag of premium roasted coffee beans that moves through our store. Our office space even runs completely off grid on solar! This is what we do and we take it very seriously, even if we aren't the most serious bunch!
From Packing Orders to Spreading Smiles
As the days turned to weeks and months, our little operation started to grow. We went from packing orders on our kitchen counter to having a dedicated office space with a fulfillment area where all the magic happens. It's like Santa's workshop, but instead of toys, we're spreading smiles one bag of coffee at a time.
