What makes your coffee different?
Our coffee is roasted in small batches using only premium, top-rated beans to ensure consistently exceptional quality and flavor. We don’t sell cheap coffee—only the best. And our bags are full sized 1lb bags compared to the typical 8-12oz bags!
Is your coffee available whole bean and ground?
Both! You can order whole bean or select your preferred grind when placing your order.
Do you offer flavored and unflavored options?
Both! We’re regularly expanding our online selection of blends. If there’s a flavor profile you’re looking for, just let us know.
Do you offer decaf?
Yes! We offer decaf options for nearly every coffee we sell.
Are these the only blends you offer?
We regularly add seasonal and year-round blends to our online store. We have over 50 other belts currently in development. Sign up to be notified whenever new blends arrive!
Where are your beans sourced from?
We partner with trusted growers from Colombia, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, and other renowned coffee regions.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically, orders ship within 1–2 business days. However, as a small operation, processing times can vary depending on order volume. Some blends are roasted fresh as orders come in, and our Cinder Reserve is hand-blended per order, which may increase lead times.
Final delivery times will also depend on your location.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Don’t worry—you can keep an eye on your precious cargo every step of the way!
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time — we currently ship within the U.S. only.
Can I return or exchange coffee?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us — we’re committed to making it right.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’ll make it right! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of the issue promptly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Absolutely! When adding any blend to your cart, you can choose to subscribe and select your preferred delivery frequency. Never run out of your favorite coffee!
How fresh is the coffee?
Our roasters fire up several times a week—sometimes even roasting per order—so your coffee is as fresh as it gets. For pre-ground orders, we don’t grind until you place your order, ensuring maximum freshness and flavor.
