Orders & Payments

  • When you place an order, you’re agreeing to buy coffee from us under these terms.
  • We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice, but you’ll always see the total before checkout.
  • If something sells out or a listing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or refund an order.

Returns & Issues

We don’t accept returns—but we do believe in fairness. If something’s wrong with your order, email support@cinder.coffee and we’ll work with you to fix it.
