Cinder Coffee ships fresh coffee from Texas to anywhere in the United States. Here’s how we keep your order moving:

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. If we’re running a big batch or a specific roast needs extra time, shipping may take a bit longer. We’ll keep you updated on your order status.

Carrier & Delivery

We ship exclusively through USPS.

Delivery generally takes up to 7 days from the ship date, depending on your location and USPS transit times. As you might expect, shipping times can fluctuate so we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your coffee’s journey.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on USPS rates. We don’t currently offer free shipping thresholds, but we keep rates as fair and transparent as possible.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only (including APO/FPO/DPO).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, contact us at support@cinder.coffee within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We’ll work with USPS and with you to make things right.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your address before placing your order. We can’t replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
