We don’t do returns—but we do make things right.
Because coffee is a perishable product, we can’t accept returns or resell opened bags. That said, if something’s wrong with your order—wrong item, damaged packaging, missing shipment—email us at support@cinder.coffee and we’ll sort it out.
We handle each situation personally. Sometimes that means a replacement, sometimes a refund, sometimes another creative solution. The goal is always the same: make sure you end up happy and caffeinated.
