Obsidian Secret is our dark, velvety espresso roast for people who want bold coffee without feeling like their taste buds just got yelled at.
This small-batch espresso roast is smooth, rich, and deeply satisfying, with very low acidity and enough depth to make your morning feel slightly more mysterious than it probably is. It is built from beans from Ethiopia, Costa Rica, and Colombia, creating a bold espresso experience that works beautifully as a straight shot or tucked into a latte, cappuccino, or whatever milk-and-espresso situation keeps you functioning.
And yes, the “Secret” part is real. This blend is one of our roaster’s most closely guarded creations. Supposedly, even the roaster’s family doesn't know the full formula, which feels dramatic, but honestly, we respect the commitment.
